Led by Tracey Hogans, a cherished home cook with Italian roots, this hands-on class celebrates the joy of gathering around good food, learning new techniques, and sharing a meal. Participants will learn how to build a rich, creamy sauce, balance flavors, and create a restaurant-worthy pasta dish that is both simple and satisfying.
Whether you’re an experienced home cook or just getting started in the kitchen, this class offers a welcoming environment to learn, connect, and enjoy the cooking process alongside fellow community members.
At the end of the evening, participants will sit down and enjoy the meal they’ve prepared together and leave with the confidence to recreate the dish at home.
