We’ll live stream from Gather’s Incubator Kitchen for the highlight of the evening: a high-energy Chef Throwdown. Three of the 570’s most creative culinary artists will go head-to-head, race against the clock, and battle it out "Chopped"-style. Participants will incorporate a locally sourced mystery ingredient into an appetizer, main, and dessert for our panel of judges.
